The ROUTE EXPRESS HORIZONTAL is a horizontal wrapping machine for bagging flat products such as magazines, books, leaflet,  mailing publications etc.

The method of operation is very simple:  place the documents in the feed conveyor either manually or using a feeder, the rest is automatic. The ROUTE EXPRESS HORIZONTAL wraps magazines, company publications, newsletters, catalogues or any other flat products in plastic film.

Operation
The Route Express operates with a single roll of flat film, which is formed around an adjustable forming shoulder. The operator or an automatic system places the pack onto the infeed conveyor of the machine and it is taken into the forming shoulder by driven rollers. A photo-electric cell automatically senses the pack length; the product stops and longitudinal and transverse sealing takes place.
