Auto Impulse Sealer

Automatic Impulse Sealers are designed for the continuos sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polyproplylene. All our automatic sealers operates on the impulse sealing method, controlled by a plug-in transistorised circuit board. By utilising controlled electronic times and the uniform pressure provided by an electromagnet transformer, these models eliminate operator error in the sealing operation. Once the correct control settings have been programmed, making the last seal as perfect as the first. The automatic sealer is ideal for sealing operations in packaging confectionery, food, stationery, pharmaceutical drugs, tools, automotive replacement parts and a variety of other products.
